At Patch Theory, every piece is carefully reworked and quality-checked before shipping. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must include original packaging (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, contact us before sending anything back.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

• Worn or used items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Clearance or discounted items

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged upon arrival

If you need an exchange, contact us with clear photos of the issue.

 

 

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
